TORCH
Toxoplasmosis: avoid cat litter, garden soil, uncooked meat, unpasteurised dairy, wash all fruit and veg.
Cytomegalovirus: frequent hand washing
Listeriosis: avoid pate, soft cheeses, chilled, raw, smoked seafood, deli meats, prepackaged salads. Wash all fruit and veg.
