- A barrister who is a PUPIL SUPERVISOR must not let any such decision affect or disrupt the PUPILLAGE TRAINING which the pupil supervisor is OBLIGED to give.
- A pupil has a LEGITIMATE RIGHT to proper training irrespective of any such decision which a pupil supervisor may take.
NOTE:
Head of Chambers must ensure proper training is provided and arrangements are in place to meet such situations
