  • lobster claw deformity, clubbed calyx filled with contrast material, clubbed calyx filled with nonenhancing debris, golf-ball-on-a-tee deformity - result from ischemic necrosis of the medullary apilla (often froma microangiopathic process

DDx NSAID

  • NSAIDs
  • Sickle cell disease
  • Analgesic abuse
  • Infection (Tb, fungal)
  • DM
