Atenolol, ramipril, alcohol. All increase risk of hypotension

How does it work
A
Relaxation of the smooth muscle cause venous dilation, this increases blood flow to myocardium. Reducing coronary spasms, reducing blood pressure

Headaches, nausea, dizzy
