What Act D regimen is most effective in MTX resistant low risk GTN?

A

Following regimens achieve comparable remission rates

5 day Act D (10-15 ug/kg X5 days Q14 days
-toxicity greater but tune to remission shorter

Pulsed Act D (1.25 mg/m2 Q2 weeks)
-preferred given lower toxicity & convenience for patient
