- BP < 100

- PDE5 inhibitors
- riociguat
- bleeding in pregnancy

precautions
A
- lower dose for e/f, no previous exposure, recent MI
right ventircular MI or inferior STEMI with SBP < 160 (risk of severe hypotension from preload reduction) - preterm labour

- hypotension

- syncope
