What 3 basic psychological processes underlie socialisation in small groups?
Evaluation - groups and individuals establishing rewardings and monitoring discrepancies between expected and actual behaviour
Commitment - depends in outcome of evaluation process
Role transition - occurs when commitment rises if falls to decision criterion, involves relabelling individuals relationship
