Group Cohesion
a dynamic process that is reflected in the tendency for a group to stick together and remain united in pursuit of its instrumental objectives and/or for the satisfaction of member affective needs
Task Cohesion
how well team members are integrated in the task of the group and how much are attached to the task of the group
Social Cohesion
how well team members are integrated socially in the group and how well they are attached by the social life of the group
Teamwork
the combined action of a group, especially when effective and efficient
Factors Affecting Group Cohesion
Leadership and management, rules and boundaries in place, communication quality, team members personality traits and members relationships, performance results, social identity

Performance, trust and reliance, continuity and legacy, increased enjoyment and reduced likelihood for burnout and dropout
