Grievances must be initiated within how many calendar days of the action involved?
Or within how many days of the employee having knowledge of the act?

Once supervisor receives a grievance he has how many days of receiving the written hold a conference with the grievance or representative.
And after that have how many days after the conference to render their decision in writing

With in how many days ———after the written receipt of the grievance appeal the bureau chief shall hold a conference with the grievant and his representative and shall within how many days after conference render his/her decision in writing (typed) to the grievant
