Osler-Weber-Rendu syndrome, autosomal dominant.

Features of cavernomas?
A
Most often angiographically occult - only visible on MRI (‘popcorn’ on SWI)
Associated to DVA
Presents usually with seizures.
Stains for vWF
Gene: CCM1/2/3
Risk of hemorrage (first time): 0,1% yearly, higher if spinal/brainstem or previous bleed
