  • Known 2nd deg type II (Mobitz II)
  • PVC – couplet or trigeminy

A

Red Flags / Stop:

  • Unknown atrial condition OR known, RHR > 120
  • New 2nd deg type II (Mobitz II)
  • 3rd Deg AV block
  • PVC – 6 in 1-minute, sustained bigeminy, 3 PVCs in a row, V-Tach (4 or more), V-fib, R on T wave with v-fib, asystole.
  • STEMI

  • Increased cough
