- PVC – couplet or trigeminy

Red Flags / Stop:
- Unknown atrial condition OR known, RHR > 120
- New 2nd deg type II (Mobitz II)
- 3rd Deg AV block
- PVC – 6 in 1-minute, sustained bigeminy, 3 PVCs in a row, V-Tach (4 or more), V-fib, R on T wave with v-fib, asystole.
- STEMI

- Increased cough
- Peripheral edema (increased LE swelling)
- Increase in SOA with activity
