-“it’s not how it looks”-next stage pretend that it didn’t happen

1)Official violations of health and safety laws-government knowingly allowed health and safety breaches in public services to save money e.g. Chernobyl Nuclear Disaster

•Political corruption can take various forms but most common e.g. granting government contract in return for bribes, vote rigging
•Political censorship-government attempts to conceal information that the citizens receive by suppressing the news that public might receive
