who is Prometheus?
Prometheus was the titan of foresight.
who is Epithimus?
he is Prometheus’ brother and Pandora’s husband
he is the titan of hindsight.
how did Zeus reward them for winning the war?
Zeus put Prometheus in charge of creating the creatures on Earth. Prometheus created mankind out of clay.
what did Prometheus trick Zeus into doing?
making humans sacrifice the bones of an animal to the gods- so that they could eat the meat instead.
what did Prometheus give to humans?
fire
how did Zeus punish Prometheus for giving humans fire?
He chained Prometheus to a cliff and had Vultures come every day to eat his liver

Pandora as a bride
what did Prometheus warn Epimethius about?
to not accept gifts from the gods.
what was Pandora given?
a box that she was told never to open.
what did Pandora do?
Opened the box. from the small box came troubles to plague mankind. She closed it leaving hope.
