A

> > Young or middle-aged women
Often runs in families
Smoking can also increase your risk of getting it.

Clinical features?

A
Thyroid gland diffusely, symmetrically enlarged without nodules 
Bruit  
Graves orbitopathy/ thyroid eye disease 
Pretibial myxoedema 
Thyroid acropachy

Thyroid eye disease?

A
Eye irritation, photophobia, excessive watering 
Redness of eyes, eyelids and/ or swelling 
Change in appearance of eye or eyelids: 
Eyelid retraction 
Lid lag 
Proptosis 
Persistent double vision 
Globe subluxation
