Uses of αὐτόσ, αὐτή, αὐτό
A
- When used alone in the gen, dat, and acc cases = pronouns meaning ‘him, her, it’
i. e. εἶδον αὐτᾱσ = I saw them - When used in the predicate position, in any case, it may be used as an intensifier ‘he himself’
- When in the attributive position = same
i. e. Ἡ αὐτὴ παρθένοσ … The same girl
