• position the OBJECT at the start of the sentence
• substitute を with は

used to ask someone if they CAN do something
PLACEで______ が できます。
used to tell someone you, the listener or someone else CAN do something at PLACE.

used to tell someone you, the listener or someone else CAN do something by using MEANS (transport, tool, method).

My hobby is NOUN.
(わたしの)しゅみは NOUNを VERB(dict. form)こと です。

〜 (NOUNを) VERB 1(dict. form) まえに (NOUN を) VERB 2(ます form)。
I do VERB 2 before I do VERB 1.
