Red is associated with strength, and black is also a strong, bold statement

The name is used a lot, across the magazine, with his name appearing smaller and underneath - showing he is more famous as the “rock”, or the magazine suggesting that his persona is and look is more important than the man beneath
how do the cover lines help us assume the target audience?

a £300 watch just for the beach implies a certain level of wealth of the target audience
Further down there is the coverline “The Style Guide”
Focuses heavily on aesthetics and where having the right look is “important”. the reader then begins to think of this magazine as a casual “how to be a man” guide
