Alcohol
Includes any spirits, wines, beers, ciders or any other fermented, distilled or spirituous liquor but does not include alcohol which is of a strength of 0.5% or less at the time of it’s sale
Ammunition
Any ammunition for any firearm and includes; grenades bombs and other like missiles whether capable of use with a firearm or not
Controlled container
A container of any description which is or was capable of holding any liquid and is made from material which if it were to be thrown or propelled at a person could cause injury to that person
Domestic abuse
Any form of physical, sexual or mental and emotional abuse which could amount to criminal conduct and takes place in the context of a relationship. A relationship will be between partners (married, civil partnership, co habiting or otherwise) or ex partners. The abuse can take place in the home or elsewhere.
Firearm
A lethal barrelled wearpon of any description capable of firing a shot, bullet or other missile or any prohibited weapon whether lethal barrelled or not. Any component part of such a lethal barelled or prohibited weapon and any accessory which is designed or adapted to diminish the sound or flash caused by firing such a weapon
Missing person
Any person whose whereabouts are unkown, regardless of the circumstances of their dissapearance. A person will remaing missing until they are located or their wellbeing or otherwise established
Mobbing and rioting
A mob consists of person acting together for a common illegal purose to the alarm of the lieges and in breach of the peace. It is a crime at common law to form part of a mob.
Occupancy rights
The right, if in occopution, to continue to occupy the matrimonial home or if not in occupations, to enter and occupy the matrimonial home. In either case, the right to do so together with any child of the family
Period of a designated sporting event
Commences 2 hours before the start, or advertised start, of an event and concludes and hour after the end of the event
Reckless discharge
Is a crime at common law for any person to recklessly discharge a firearm whether or not actual injury is inflicted
Relevant area
Any area which spectators are granted access to on payment and any area where the event can be viewed directly
