Believe any religion you want. Part of the first amendment.
Establishment clause
Government can’t force religion/separation of church and state 
Shield law
Protection of reporters. Part of first amendment. 
Slander
Lies said about someone. Not protected in first amendment.

Prior restraint
Government cannot tell reporters not to report.
