1. Vemura = vemurafenib - yeah kind of just have to remember that

3. Skinny = skin = melanoma

ME = melanoma (the K is also 1 letter off from L, so MEL)
Kind of shitty, but nothing else starts with an M so it works

TRA = trametinib
Koby = cobimetinib
Bonney = binimetinib
Also, notice how they end in -metinib not just -tinib (me for MEK i guess)
