Anterior: abduct thigh, medially rotate thigh, and flex thigh
Middle: abduct thigh
Posterior: abduct thigh, laterally rotate thigh, and extend thigh

Posterior ilium.. Anterior and inferior gluteal lines, ASIS/AIIS to greater sciatic foramen
Gluteus minimus insertion
Antero-superior greater trochanter
hip joint capsule
Gluteus minimus action
Anterior: abduct thigh, medially rotate, and flex thigh
Middle: abduct thigh
Posterior: Abduct thigh, laterally rotate, extend thigh, and stabilize femur in gait
