A

Language that conveys a speaker’s attitude or opinion with regard to a particular subject.

A

A

Sentence Structure

A

The arrangement of the parts of a sentence. A sentence may be simple (one subject and one verb), compound (two or more independent clauses joined by a conjunction), or complex (an independent clause plus one or more dependent clauses). Sentences may also contain any of these structures in combination with each other.

“I rode my bike, then got in my car, and drove into town.” 3 clauses.
