more development equals more technologies which eaquals a greater amount of fossil fuels being used; more fossil fuels means greater co2 emissions
where are internet powerhouses held and what does this do in terms of the worlds access to internet resources
held in the most developed coutnries gibing them automatic greater acsess. they also have greater acsces to technology and the internet based on theri increased wealth and resources

puts more financial pressure on places/cultures because access to these resources is directly tied to the nations quality of life
