What are regional and international agreements?
A
These are partnerships between other regional and international countries to promote growth and development of ones own country. Government can make deal with countries near it like in Africa or countries more developed like USA
e.g. African Union example of this

Advantages of globalisation:
A
- increase in volume + range goods & services traded between countries.
- makes movement money between countries easier, this makes easier for investors from developed nations to invest in developing countries.
- easier for businesses operate in other countries & thus expanding their operations
- increase flow information around world - allows vital info shared among individuals and corporations around world
- international trade increases- easier to move people+ goods around world
- promotes inter-dependence among countries thus leading to less likelihood of war

Disadvantages of globalisation:
A
- promotes dependence on other nations therefore economic disruption in one country can affect other to
- leads to disintegration of culture and traditional ways of life as a global culture is established
- greater risk of disease being transported unintentionally among nations
- leads to spread materialistic lifestyle and encourages the owning of material goods to be happiness.
- can increase chance of war between developing countries as fight for control and ownership of resources
- increase in competition which can destroy small industries, especially in developing countries- resulting job losses and increase unemployment
