The interconnectedness and interdependence of both countries and people.

Causes of Globalisation
Container Shipping - Allows quick packing directly from Factories. Can be then loaded off into lorries to sell. Global Trade wuicker and efficient.
Air Transport - Movement of people. Allows spread of trade. Owners of companies and workers can transfer to factories to manage the production.
Internet - Movement of information. 144B emails per day. Business people can mail concept designs, changes and salaries (e.g) even if factories are on other side of the world.
Multinational Corporations - Businesses sell products from other countries. Apple has sparked the idea of tablets mainly from China etc.
Technology - Can access movies, shows etc which come from around the world. A TV can broadcast American shows from India EG.
Computers - Pre-Internet way of sharing documents of designs and changes in companies. Data was stored in documents in standard format.
