Case system= closed system of stratification in which social position is determined by the family into which the person is born 
class consciousness= refers to people perceiving them-selfs in terms of their class background, shows their relationship with members of other classes.

A

doing business in different cultures requires adaptation to conform within the value system and norms of that culture. Adaptation embraces all aspects of an international firm and operations in foreign countries.
Ex: how deals are negotiated, appropriate incentive and pay system for sales people, structure of organization , name of product, relationship between managment and workforce, promotions.
