Transferring data to outside the UK
A
- Must ensure the receiving country has equal or a show some sort of regulation that the data will be safe &a secure.
- Organisation is responsible for investigating before sending.
- If the recieptant does not have data protections, it’s the senders responsibility to put a high level of safeguarding in place.

- US has ‘Safe Habour Scheme’ to protect their transferred data.
- Uk has regulations. Pakistan don’t.

- Designed & set up specifically so disabled can used tech, transit, physical environ, systems & other facilities.
- Everything accessible in rural & urban.
- Measures apply to: build, roads, in/out facilities, schools,houses, med & work.
- Train stakeholders on accessibility of facilities for disabled.
- Organisation must provide/promote Braille forms and signs, docs, reports.

Ensure measures taken are addresssed so the disabled have:
- Freedom of rights
- Expression & opinion
- Equal access to general public info
- Choose how to communicate
- Info presented in correct format, useful.
- Technology provided
- Support/promote languages: Braille, BSL
- Promote media to provide info via internet so it’s accessible.
