disease of EXCLUSION (rule out other possibilities)
- tonometry-mythological “glaucoma test”
- differential Dx: visual field loss
- genetics
- epidemiology
hard of Dx..
pt can lose 80-90% peripheral vision & still see fine
*no functional changes!
