Straw-yellow in color
aromas of white flowers, orange blossom, citrus friuts like lime, tangerine, stone fruits like peach and white apricot, Maybe even hints of lychees.

This wine is dry in style and in the mouth it feels fresh with a good acidity but full bodied and unctuous. This wine is fruity, with notes of brioche and Greek yogurt with a creamy long finish. This is due to the 3 months lees contact which was pioneered by this estate.

This wine is a Dry Wine with a high acidity so quite crisp on the palate with generous fruit flavors and a very long finish that has slight salinity to it.

This wine comes from 25 year old vines. The wine has aromas of Green fruit like apple and lime, iodine, wet stone and honeyed flowers.
This wine is a Dry, Clean, Fresh and Complex . It has a slightly waxy texture and a long mineral finish indicative of wines from Chablis due to the Kimmerridgian soil.

It is Full-bodied and zesty on the palate. Richly textured with notes of pear and apple with good length and balance.
