what are glands
specialize cells that produce secretion(fluid)
Basically a liquid for the body like sweat or hormone . for example, sweat you go down.

Exocrine
secrete hormones directly into bloodstream,(no ducts)
ex: tyroid ovary pituitary
endorine glands
secretion have only local effects on cells in general vicinity (have ducts)
