62 y/o female with episodes of bloody stools. Stool guaiac positive, CBC: Mild microcytic anemia. Colonoscopy: two abnormal mucosal vascularities in cecum and ascending colon

A

Angiodysplasia
(repeated obstruction of mucosal veins leading to tortuosity and dilation)
Cecum: Largest diameter and greatest wall tension: MC site for angiodysplasia (Common in >60, bleeding leading to Fe Deficiency: Microcytic Anemia)
