Alarm symptoms Anaemia Wt loss Vomiting Dysphagia Haematemesis / melaena New GORD in older people Changing symptoms No response to treatment

A
Nexium (esomeprazole) 20mg BD for 7 days
Amoxil 1g BD for 7 days (if allergy → Metronidazole 400mg BD)
Clarithromycin 500mg BD for 7 days
