Gin is a white Spirit.
Its produced by destiling mash from fermented Grain, Malted Barley, Maize or Rye.
Gin is also flavoured with Botanicals ( by passing the vapours from destillate through flavourings or by steeping them in a spirit and destiling them in a separate run ) .
