Explain Pot Still?

Pot still is fermentation in closed vessels.
Alcohol boils on 78C and vaporize before watter.
This vapor will pass through pipe, pipe is in a cold watter tank wheer they are cooled.
First vapor is named heads and we dont use that one.
What is left in still is named tails and is also not used.
This method produce more complex spirits so its used for a finer production.

This is a continious process.
This process have 2 columns one is Analyser where the Wash Vaporize and other is Rectifier where Vapores are Condensed.
Continious Stills are specificly designed for a certen spirit not like Pot Still
