A

It’s a CLOSED approach first of all…!

a 2 cm incision made in the hairline between the bifurcation of SUPERFICIAL TEMPORAL vessels… Temporalis fascia exposed n INCISED now… BRISTOW’S Elevator passed down beneath the ZYGOMATIC bone… N finally the bone is lifted back to its position with the elevator…
