Gastroscopy and biopsy

Surgery for curative purposes

DUKES
A - Wall
B - Mucosa
C- Nodes
D - Mets
Need chemo if Bad Dukes B or C
What is the common symptom of pancreatic cancer?
Painless jaundice
Back pain
Anorexia and weight loss
What is the primary surgical treatment?
Whipples (pancreoduodectomy)
What are some risk factors for heptic cancer?
Hep B,C
Alcohol
Cirrhoses
Haemochromotasis
