- Laceration/subcapsular hematoma < 1cm
- Laceration/subcapsular hematoma >1 x 3 cm
- Massive hematoma > 10cm or destruction/devascularization of one lobe, active arterial bleeding
- destruction/devasculariziation of both lobes

- Laceration/subcapsuular hematoma 1 x 3cm, or splenic capsular disruption
4a. Active extravasation, vascular injury, or shattered spleen

Renal Injury Grade
A
- contusion/subcapsular hematoma
- 1cm laceration, no urinary extrav
- deep lac, urinary extra (collecting system), or renal a/v injury (OR TIME)
- shattered kid/avulsed renal hilum (OR TIME)
