PF: Comply with TCAS vector guidance. On PFD
PM: Alert atc “c/s TCAS RA” make note of current position and time and follow up with DASOR
Windshear
IAS +/- 15kts or RoD +/- 500ft/min or rapid pitch changes

Disconnect AP and set MAX thrust
Wings level and 15° nose up
Adjust pitch to maintain in yellow band
Maintain configuration until clear of windshear then clean up with normal GA procedures
