Lawyer must not seek professional employment by means of direct person contact when a significant motive is Lawyer pecuniary gain.
- No solicitation may occur when prospective client makes it known that they do now wish to be solicited or solicitation involves coercion, duress, harassment, or is made within 30 days of the subject occurrence.
