Standard risk 1- < 10 yo all stages, all sites
Standard risk II- > 10 yo, ovarian stage II-III, EG stage II and good risk testicular stage II-IV
Poor risk: > 10 ovarian stage IV, EG stage III-IV and poor risk testicular stage IV
