What is the base of a triangle?
The bottom most line adjacent to the leg
What is the circumcenter of a triangle?
Point of concurrency of the perpendicular bisectors of the side of the triangle
What is the incenter of a triangle?
Point of concurrency with the angle bisectors of a triangle
What is an inverse of a conditional?
Ex. Original- “If I am I hamster, then I have fur.”
Inverse- “If I am not a hamster, then I do not have fur.”
What is the orthocenter of a triangle?
Point of concurrency of lines that contain the altitudes of a triangle
What is the centroid of a triangle?
Point of concurrency of the medians of a triangle
What is the hypotenuse of a triangle?
The longest line of a triangle
What is the median of a triangle?
Segment that has its endpoint at a vertex of the triangle and its midpoint of the opposite side
What is the altitude of a triangle?
Perpendicular segment from a vertex to the line containing the opposite side that vertex
What is a transversal?
Line that intersects two or more lines at distinct points
What are parallel lines?
Lines that are the same distance, don’t intersect, and are perfectly aligned

What are corresponding angles?
Lie on the same side of a transversal and are in the same positions
What are interior and exterior angles?
Interior- lie on the same side of the transversal and in the inside
(Alternate)- lie on the opposite sides of the transversal and are in the inside/outside(applies to both types of angles)
Exterior- lie on the same side of the transversal and are on the outside
What is a skew line?
Lines that don’t lie on the same plane
What are parallel planes?
Plants that don’t intersect
