what is a flood?
A flood is a Heap of water, covering usually dry land. It is often caused by rain, storms, overflows of dams or even, rarely, tropical cyclones. The types of Floods are Fast onset flood, Flash Flood and Slow onset Flood.

Topography is all about the features of land

Vegetation, Land/Animals, Greenery…

Not Monitoring = Overflow which then causes flooding

- Vegetation has Decreased since the early 1900’s
