What is the definition of carrying capacity?
The amount of people that an environment can hold in terms of resources and space
What is education like in a sparsely area?
Sparsely populated- bad education, not many schools/infrastructure, not enough teachers per child, low literacy rate
What is the definition of desertification and what is its issue?
Desertification is the process of soil turning into sand and it stops crops from growing in the soil
Give two reasons why the death rate might be high
Poor sanitation, natural disasters, poverty, diseases, bad harvest, unreliable food and water supply etc

Secondary sector

Tertiary sector

Natural increase is where the birth rate is higher than the death rate

What is the definition of exploitation?
Exploitation is using too many unrenewable resources which is therefore a harm to our environment
What is the definition of overgrazing?
Where animals (mainly cattle) eat up our resources
