What is remoteness and why are some areas more remote than others?
Lack of connection with or relationship with something
More areas are remote than others because they are further out in the country and have less communication with people that are closer to the city

Import - technology, clothes
Export - natural produce, livestock
Why do some countries produce products instead of making the product themselves?
Labor costs are cheaper, Production Skill or Expertise might be better in a foreign country, taxes, Food and Rare products might not be made in your home country.
What is fair trade? How can it improve the lives of people?
trade between companies in which fair prices are paid to the producers
It can improve the lives of people because the producers are getting paid fairly and the consumers don’t have to pay more than they need to

HDI (human development index) and GPD (gross domestic product)
What is tourism? What are the different types?
the practice of traveling for recreation
Recreational, international, domestic, historical pilgrimage and ecotourism
Tourism - why are more people travelling?
Holidays, education, break, work etc
How can tourism be a positive and negative influence for a destination?
Negative - pollutes the environment
Positive - can make people aware of the environment and learn to protect it
