What is a phrase?
A partial dance idea composed of a series of movements, similar to a sentence in the written form.
What is a section?
A number of related phrases linked together. One or more sections form a dance. Sections often use similar movement and emotion and shifts between sections may be gradual or sudden.
What is form?
The structure used by the choreographer to communicate their expressive intention.
