A

Not reducible to 50 hours per company policy.
Ceiling at destination is limiting for a high mins CA.
When FLYING to an alternate, mins are always 300 & 1 unless approach requires more.
For deriving alternate minimums, ensure all approach minimums are brought up to at least 300 & 1 before deriving.
