Stabilizer Runaway

  2. Control Wheel Trim Switches - Trim in opposite direction of runaway

Do not use longitudinal trim handles to oppose runaway.
Avoid manual pitch inputs until A/P is disconnected.
Extended trim operation may result in thermal shutdown.
Trim motor operation may resume after sufficient cooling period.
