*Incase if he gets rest hours and still reporting to duty with fatique then i will have to go as per code of conduct .

  *people are trained and certified
  *Seafarers are medically fit
  *risk assessmnet is followed
  *tool box meeting
  *permits are issued
• PMS is in place
  *as a master i have to outwardly show and motivate the crew to follow health and safety onboard
  *owners and employer should make sure they provide everything such as PPE,proper servicing of equipments etc are done in place
• Noise at work is example of health
  *Specific training for that particular ship to given to the seafarers
  *Code of safe working practice to be followed
  *Safety officer …more than 5 seafarers safety officer to be appointed
