- Dizziness.
- Orthostatic hypotension.
Tamsulosin + Silodosin –> Less incidence of hypotension –> VERY SELECTIVE for the urinary system alpha-receptors.

- Occasionally –> Decrease libido and the volume of ejaculate.
- Mild increase in the incidence of erectile dysfunction.

Ecallantide:

MC side effect is anaphylaxis.

Bupropion:

- HTN.
- Insomnia.
- Seizures.
- NOT sexual effects as do the SSRIs.
- It can suppress appetite.
- Contra for those with a seizure disorder and those using MAOIs.

- Hypotension.
- Headache.
- Facial flushing.
