• The role aligns well with my next career and personal goal. I have worked more than 10 years with sustainability, and several years inside the financial industry and thus developed a solid expertise in sustainable finance. I would now like to use this knowledge in UNEP’s Finance Division with the aim to support other financial institutions to integrate sustainability and contribute to the UN SDGs.
• I believe that my values align well with the UNEP Finance Division. I am engaged in several multi-stakeholder partnerships between financial institutions and the public sector, which in my opinion is the key to building momentum on re-orienting capital flows towards sustainable investment. Examples includes the UN-convened Net-Zero Asset Owner’s Alliance where I acted as the co-leader of the Financing Transition Sub-track.
